As a Contract Social Media Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our online identity and engaging with our audience effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage the content calendar, planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts across Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting to analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
• Organize and maintain a content bank, ensuring all posts are tagged and ready for deployment.
• Oversee project workflow management to keep the pipeline moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Provide strategic insights on optimal posting times and engagement monitoring to enhance our social media strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, specifically for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Deep knowledge of social media strategy beyond just posting.
• Experience with project tracking platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.
• Strong communication skills and reliability, as this role is heavily dependent on follow-through.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Asana specifically.
• Experience working with creative, production, or agency clients.
• Knowledge of YouTube or other social media platforms.
