Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern to join our team at Pierre Fabre. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our mission of enhancing operational excellence in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our distribution center's operations, ensuring efficient processes from order taking to product delivery.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects that contribute to the site’s roadmap, optimizing workflows and identifying sources of dysfunction.
• Implement lean methodologies such as 5S, standardization of operations, problem-solving techniques, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Assist in training teams on continuous improvement practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate and document action plans to ensure effective follow-up and communication.
• Create training materials and support teams in adopting new tools and practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering school, seeking an internship in an exciting industrial context.
• Familiarity with operational excellence concepts, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments.
• Ability to lead and animate working groups effectively.

• Previous internship experience in a similar role.
