Community Assistant - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Community Assistant to join our vibrant team at Cloudworks. This Community Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic coworking environment, providing essential support to our community members. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workspaces are in optimal condition and facilitating connections among professionals. As a Community Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Manage community onboarding and daily follow-ups with members, including welcome interviews and exit processes.
- Coordinate and execute daily incident resolution processes for community members.
- Oversee member requests and collaborate with department heads to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the coworking spaces.
- Conduct tours of the spaces and supervise client accounts, assisting in the development of internal marketing proposals.
- Track and manage leads related to the coworking center.
- Conceptualize and coordinate monthly initiatives for community members, including event management.
- Support the events department in executing space tours and covering events as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
- Administrative experience is essential.
- A university degree is preferred.
- International experience is a plus.
- Proactive, attentive, and autonomous individual with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing unexpected challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High organizational capacity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office and Google Suite.
- Native Spanish speaker with a high level of English (C1) for client interactions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in community management or coworking environments.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution.
- Skills in digital marketing or social media management.
