What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical design review feedback on constructability, sequencing, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular field reviews, document findings, and guide corrective actions to ensure project quality.
• Serve as a quality liaison between the project team and trade contractors, facilitating coordination across quality control activities.
• Review technical processes, leveraging your strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Promote clear communication and collaborative problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor teams, sharing technical knowledge and modeling best practices to elevate quality standards.
• Stay current on industry trends and promote professional development within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in MEP, mega-construction, or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as BCxP (ASHRAE Certified Building Commissioning Professional) or CQM-C (USACE).
• Experience in building commissioning and quality assurance/control.
