Construction Draftsman (m/​f/​d) - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Draftsman (m/f/d) to join our innovative team at Ozean Horizont Objektplanung GmbH & Co. KG. This Construction Draftsman remote role allows you to contribute to exciting construction projects from anywhere while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Create execution, formwork, and reinforcement plans for various projects as a Construction Draftsman remote.
• Transform static requirements into precise CAD construction drawings.
• Support structural planning with detailed constructive elaboration.
• Collaborate with specialists, architects, and authorities to ensure project success.
• Maintain, organize, and revise planning documents efficiently.

Requirements

• Completed training as a draftsman or a comparable technical qualification.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in constructive planning.
• Proficient in relevant CAD programs: AutoCAD (mandatory for execution plans), Revit (BIM-supported execution planning), Allplan (optional).
• Basic knowledge of German standards (DIN/Eurocode) and building regulations.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style along with teamwork skills.
• Good German language skills in both written and spoken form.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional CAD software.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
