About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing the company’s HR and compensation framework. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and compliant with labor laws.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international labor laws, particularly in LATAM.
  • Familiarity with motion design and graphic design tools.
  • Previous experience in a startup or dynamic work environment.
