Compensation and Benefits Specialist - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team at Crnogorska komercijalna banka. This remote position offers you the opportunity to contribute to our innovative approach to financial services while being part of a community that values your ideas and ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and management of the budget for the Directorate (OPEX and CAPEX) and monitor the budget (PEREX) at the bank level.
- Prepare reports for local needs and at the request of OTP Group.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, and other personal income for employees and external collaborators, ensuring timely payments and record-keeping.
- Manage the calculation, payment, and control of the bank's tax obligations related to employee income.
- Monthly preparation of documentation and calculations for the reimbursement of maternity leave, sick leave over 60 days, and other relevant benefits.
- Draft internal acts (procedures, regulations, etc.) in accordance with internal requirements, group demands, HR standards, and local laws.
- Implement employee motivation systems, manage and monitor employee performance, analyze performance metrics, and adjust regulations for measuring work performance.
- Organize official travel both domestically and internationally, calculate relevant advances, and close claims upon return.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and systematic skills.
- Creativity and ability to initiate and implement changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and relevant applications.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR software solutions.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR management.
