Community Experience Manager - Cybersecurity Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Community Experience Manager to join our team at Filigran, a leading company in the cybersecurity sector. You will be instrumental in connecting with our users, amplifying their voices, and ensuring their feedback leads to real impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement community programs that enhance user engagement with Filigran’s OpenCTI and OpenAEV capabilities.
- Act as the first line of support for community members, addressing product usage questions and troubleshooting common issues.
- Manage our presence across various platforms including Slack, GitHub, Reddit, and LinkedIn, ensuring active engagement and support.
- Foster a sense of belonging within the community by creating dedicated spaces for specific roles and industries.
- Encourage feedback from users to shape product development and improve community engagement strategies.
- Organize and run community events such as virtual meetups, webinars, and AMAs, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up.
- Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, satisfaction, and adoption rates, optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the customer success team to integrate community feedback into product development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building community programs, particularly in tech or cybersecurity.
- 5-8 years of experience in a relevant tech role, ideally within SaaS or open-source environments.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in product discussions and troubleshoot issues.
- Active presence on community platforms such as Reddit, GitHub, and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to create scalable engagement programs that deliver value to users.
- Excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor that fosters connection.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with open-source project communities.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
- Background in user advocacy or ambassador programs.
