Commercial Excellence Summer Trainee - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented business or IT student looking to gain hands-on experience in a commercial environment? We're looking for a motivated Commercial Excellence Summer Trainee to join our team and contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of our sales operations. This Commercial Excellence Summer Trainee remote position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Update and maintain CRM data and other sales process information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Contribute to Commercial Excellence initiatives aimed at improving sales processes and data quality.
• Prepare and update reports and data sets using Excel and other tools.
• Engage with various teams to understand how data drives commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently studying business, information technology, or a related field.
• Natural eye for detail and comfort working with data and systems.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with different people and teams.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with Excel and willingness to work with spreadsheets.
• Eager to learn and take initiative in a professional setting.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a commercial or data-driven role.
• Knowledge of sales processes and data management.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales or data analytics.
