About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) to join our growing team at Baumann Logistik. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work in a stable and supportive environment with over 90 years of experience in national and international transport. As a Commercial Clerk, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring accurate billing and customer data management.

What You'll Do

• Process and finalize billing for our transport services.
• Maintain and manage customer databases effectively.
• Create, review, and process incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Handle telephone and written correspondence with clients.
• Perform general administrative tasks and document management.
• Support various departments and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

• Completed training as a commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services or as an office clerk.
• Experience in billing is advantageous.
• High affinity for numbers and proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of German is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Structured, independent, precise, and reliable working style.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics and transport industry.
• Additional language skills beyond German and English.
• Familiarity with invoicing software.
