Combat Vulnerability Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Combat Vulnerability Analyst to join our innovative team remotely. In this entry-level role, you will evaluate the survivability of next-generation aircraft for the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Army. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced modeling and simulation tools like AJEM and COVART, making a significant impact on the design of the world’s most sophisticated airframes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct combat vulnerability analysis on aircraft designs using industry-leading simulation toolsets.
• Convert native CAD geometry into specialized vulnerability modeling formats to assess platform survivability.
• Develop and maintain data processing libraries using Python to streamline complex analysis workflows.
• Support full-scale aircraft test articles and subcomponents to evaluate how platforms react to real-world threats.
• Present detailed technical findings and mission-impact reports to Chief Engineers, Program Management, and government customers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with modern programming and scripting languages such as Python, C++, Tcl, or Visual Basic.
• Knowledge of software version control systems like Git or SVN.
• A strong interest in combat aircraft systems, failure mode analysis, and defense technology.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance post-start.

Nice to Have

• Experience with simulation software and modeling techniques.
• Understanding of military aircraft systems and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
