Global AEO/​SEO Lead - Remote Position

What You'll Do

• Lead AI-assisted website development, building and iterating on websites using AI development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Launch and scale organic growth experiments focused on programmatic SEO and AEO initiatives to generate traffic and AI search citations across platforms like Google and ChatGPT.
• Implement technical SEO and AEO best practices, including structured data and crawl optimization, to maximize visibility in both traditional and AI search engines.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy new web properties or growth experiments using modern development frameworks.
• Monitor traffic performance using analytics tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console to validate growth and identify new opportunities.
• Design and maintain automation workflows to streamline growth processes.
• Refine prompts that enhance code and content generation across the growth stack.

Requirements

• Self-starter with a proven ability to launch production websites independently.
• Experience with GitHub and version control best practices.
• Strong technical background in SEO, with a track record of generating measurable organic traffic.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Codex.
• Experiment-driven mindset, capable of rapidly testing and iterating SEO/AEO strategies.
• Deep understanding of modern search ecosystems, including AI-driven platforms.
• A proactive mentality, focused on delivering projects quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building and growing multiple websites with significant organic traffic.
• Strong technical SEO background, including knowledge of crawling, indexing, and structured data.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n and Zapier.
• Ability to write or debug code in JavaScript, Python, or modern web frameworks.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment with high autonomy.
