Manager, HRBP – Europe (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, HRBP – Europe (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Cloudbeds. This role is pivotal in shaping our HR strategies across Spain and the broader EMEA region. As the Manager, HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key support for Cloudbeds team members, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary HRBP for the Customer Success and Onboarding teams, aligning People strategies with business needs.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Manage complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
• Own compliance across Spain and EMEA, including labor laws, CBAs, and EOR regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and maintain data accuracy in Workday.
• Support internal audits and coordinate compliance initiatives specific to the region.
• Work closely with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices.
• Contribute to global People initiatives, including performance management and leadership development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, and EOR compliance across EMEA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently across time zones.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

• Workday experience is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
