Collections Advisor – Business - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Collections Advisor – Business to join our dynamic team at Yü Energy. This remote Collections Advisor – Business role is crucial in assisting our business customers in resolving their outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve financial stability.

What You'll Do

• Collect overdue debts on the phone and negotiate sustainable payment arrangements with customers.
• Ensure debt cases are processed as efficiently as possible through our treatment paths.
• Identify and accelerate higher risk cases through the journey.
• Rectify any action or issue that may risk postponing activity to stop further debt.
• Liaise with our external and internal teams to ensure a cohesive and uniformed approach.
• Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
• Prepare and provide accurate management information regarding your performance.

Requirements

• Effective decision-making skills to manage a changing workload.
• Previous experience in the Energy Industry is desirable but not essential.
• Proven customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious and eager for career development.
• Analytical with immaculate attention to detail.
• Motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
• Experience in hitting targets and managing time effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in debt recovery or collections.
• Knowledge of financial solutions and negotiation techniques.
