CMO Associate - Remote Position at Improbable

About the Role

We are seeking a talented CMO Associate to join Improbable in a remote capacity. As a CMO Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and supporting venture founders in executing high-impact go-to-market strategies. This position is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building the ventures of the future.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, driving strategic special projects and ensuring key priorities are executed effectively.
• Support the execution of Improbable’s purpose-driven brand strategy, aligning with the company mission and portfolio aspirations.
• Collaborate with venture founders to design and implement flexible go-to-market strategies tailored to each venture’s stage.
• Help develop scalable, data-driven performance marketing solutions to support acquisition, engagement, and retention across ventures.
• Support the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and measurable impact.
• Contribute to content strategies that position Improbable as a thought leader in the AI and web3 space.
• Partner with venture CEOs to shape compelling brand positioning strategies and drive synergy across ventures.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a fast-paced tech company.
• Deep expertise in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong experience with performance marketing and demand generation.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with early-stage venture founders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a marketing leadership or Chief of Staff role is a strong plus.
