Cloud Engineer - Azure Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer - Azure Specialist to join our expanding cloud delivery team. This fully remote position offers you the chance to work on high-impact cloud projects, including architecture assessments, cloud migrations, and enterprise-scale Azure implementations. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and managing cloud infrastructure in Azure.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Support AWS to Azure migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met throughout cloud operations.
• Optimize cloud performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor systems and resolve performance or reliability issues proactively.
• Contribute to documentation, architecture, and best practices for cloud engineering.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (compute, storage, networking).
• Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably with Azure.
• Proven experience in at least one of the listed role domains (Azure Architect, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, etc.).
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in American English.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated and accountable with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft or AWS certifications.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
