Clinical Sales Trainer - Remote Position at ZOLL Medical

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Sales Trainer to join our team at ZOLL Medical. This Clinical Sales Trainer remote position plays a crucial role in enhancing the clinical and technical expertise of our field sales organization. You will design and facilitate engaging learning programs that boost clinical acumen, product confidence, and sales effectiveness across our innovative WatchPAT® solutions.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging clinical and product training through live, virtual, and field-based formats.
• Co-facilitate New Hire Training and Clinical & Technology Bootcamps.
• Support certification programs and clinical competency assessments for new hires and tenured representatives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including facilitator guides and eLearning modules.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs and Marketing to ensure clinical accuracy and message consistency.
• Conduct post-training ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions to strengthen field execution.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness using surveys and performance data.
• Identify emerging clinical trends and educational needs to enhance training design.

Requirements

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) required or RN equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or life sciences field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sleep technology, clinical education, or medical device training.
• Proven success facilitating adult learning in both clinical and commercial environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and CRM/LMS systems.
• Passionate about educating others and improving patient outcomes through training.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
