About the Role

Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer looking to take your career to the next level? In this role, you will be part of our specialist Manchester Clinical Negligence team, dedicated to securing justice for injured and vulnerable clients who rely on us to fight their corner.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-value, multi-track caseload from first interview through to successful resolution.
• Lead and progress complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy, and strategic judgment.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Identify and drive key medico-legal issues effectively.
• Build trusted client relationships through excellent communication and first-class client care skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling complex clinical negligence claims.
• Qualified clinical negligence lawyer with a strong commitment to justice.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse multi-track caseload.
• Confidence in identifying and addressing key medico-legal issues.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar legal environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Previous involvement in community service or social justice initiatives.
