Client Services Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Services Project Manager remote position at NiCE. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects. As a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring that all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) while delivering measurable value to our enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project.
• Build detailed project plans that outline timelines and resource allocation.
• Communicate goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
• Manage risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a client services environment.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise projects with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in customer experience.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
