Civil Engineer - Site Design (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Provide basic project design through CAD drafting and instruct drafters on how to create drawings of designs.
• Prepare project schedules and perform basic plan production.
• Develop knowledge and experience with design and modeling software.
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation and schedules.
• Coordinate with experienced engineers on non-routine techniques.
• Gather research and create drafts of technical reports.
• Mentor student interns in developing technical skills.
• Gain experience with project and client information management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certificate required.
• 2+ years of related civil engineering design experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.
