Quantitative Project Manager - Remote Healthcare Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a Quantitative Project Manager - Remote to join M3 USA, a leading innovator in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will manage international quantitative market research projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between M3, clients, and teams. What You'll Do

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle.
• Set up and test survey links and redirects, prepare and send samples, and conduct quality checks.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings to align all parties on project specifications and responsibilities.
• Manage relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliverables.
• Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates on project status.
• Account for project costs to manage study profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve research performance.
• Support international teams outside of normal US business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to research data.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects accurately in a fast-paced environment.
