Join CrowdStrike as an Alliance, MSSP & OEM Account Manager - Remote. In this role, you will support sales teams in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention while managing renewal contracts and complex quote creation. What You'll Do
- Support sales teams in driving ARR retention.
- Manage renewal contracts and complex quote creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce for forecasting renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Deliver accurate updates on renewal contract statuses.
- Structure quoting scenarios for renewal proposals.
- Be a subject matter expert on pricing and quoting CrowdStrike's products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with extreme attention to detail.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
- Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
- Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals processes.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with indirect sales models preferred.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple partner engagements.
