About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Beach to join our team at Cosmopolitan Hotels. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning seaside location in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, Italy. As a Chef Beach, you will coordinate and manage the operations of our beach restaurant, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to company procedures.

What You'll Do

• Support the hotel Chef in managing the operational aspects of the beach outlet, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Independently manage your kitchen station, coordinating with other teams for efficient service delivery.
• Actively collaborate in planning daily activities, contributing to work organization and task distribution within the kitchen team.
• Monitor and control the quality of food preparations and presentation, addressing any discrepancies or non-compliance.
• Assist in managing raw materials and inventory, contributing to cost control and waste reduction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in medium to high-level restaurants or hotels.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, preparations, and kitchen brigade dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Quality-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage stress in high-pressure service situations.
• Familiarity with HACCP regulations and food safety procedures.
• A passion for cooking and a strong motivation to grow professionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role in a beach or seaside restaurant.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Ability to create innovative dishes.
