What You'll Do

• Achieve individual retail sales goals, collaborating with the counter manager to exceed targets.
• Provide brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with team members to contribute to overall sales success and meet business needs.
• Support promotions, events, and charity initiatives to engage customers and boost sales.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist with administration.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace to uphold brand standards and enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of retail experience with a focus on sales success.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven personality.
• Passion for makeup and retail, with a desire to exceed sales expectations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to provide a unique customer experience that fosters loyalty.
