Brand Marketing Team Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

JustMarkets is looking for a Brand Marketing Team Lead to join their team remotely from Europe. In this exciting Brand Marketing Team Lead remote position, you will develop and execute brand growth strategies, lead a team of brand managers, and ensure consistency across all brand materials and communications.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute brand growth strategies to strengthen brand recognition and market position.
• Lead a team of brand managers, support their development, and ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and brand KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvements to achieve better results.
• Coordinate work with other departments, external partners, and agencies to execute campaigns and achieve brand objectives.
• Ensure consistency across all brand materials and communications, developing content that reflects the brand voice and engages the target audience.
• Track market trends and competitor activities, implementing innovative approaches and new ideas.
• Plan and manage the brand budget to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing B2C brand projects.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies while maintaining consistency across all channels.
• Experience leading a team of brand managers and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI management, market research, and consumer behavior analysis.
• Experience managing content, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Ability to adapt the brand and campaigns to cultural and regional market specifics.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
