Brand Marketing Manager - Thailand Market (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for the Thailand market. This is a remote position where you will drive brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts, focusing on strengthening brand equity and driving awareness. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in accelerating sustainable growth through strategic partnerships and high-impact campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Lead annual and quarterly brand strategy planning for the Thailand market, including brand positioning and communication direction.
- Develop integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Manage end-to-end branding campaigns across online and offline channels, focusing on entertainment and cultural events.
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all communication platforms.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness to propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media networks, PR agencies, and local partners in Thailand.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with business and brand KPIs.
- Mentor team members and promote a performance-driven marketing culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Integrated Communications.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Strong understanding of the Thailand market and consumer insights.
- Experience in managing large-scale, multi-channel branding campaigns.
- Familiarity with key platforms in Thailand, including Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with brand measurement tools and analytics.
Nice to Have
- Experience in online entertainment, digital content, gaming, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in marketing.
