• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and innovation.
• Manage the brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal launches.
• Oversee external agencies and freelancers for creative execution.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Champion brand integrity and evolution as we scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer goods.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative judgment.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
