About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Beauty Advisor - KIKO to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will enhance customer experience, drive sales, and achieve business KPIs aligned with the brand's strategy. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting all customers with tailored behaviors to meet their needs.
• Maintain brand standards in attitude, appearance, and makeup application.
• Meet customers' needs by effectively cross-selling beauty products.
• Keep management informed about any issues that need resolution to enhance customer experience.
• Contribute to maintaining qualitative standards by arranging merchandise and ensuring proper housekeeping of the store.
• Remain informed on market trends and brand standards as outlined in the Store Book.
• Deliver on business goals set by the store manager, focusing on customer experience quality and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of beauty products, especially cosmetics, is essential.
• A high school degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Zero to one year of experience in retail or a similar role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
• Effective communication skills to convey a clear understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
