BDR Manager - Remote Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking a BDR Manager - Remote to lead our global team at Primer. As the world's first unified payment infrastructure, we empower businesses to unleash their payment potential. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of payments and commerce.

What You'll Do

• Lead a global team, managing and developing a fast-growing BDR team across Europe, Asia, and North America.
• Design and own ongoing enablement, including objection handling guides and training programs.
• Coach team members by reviewing discovery and demo calls, providing actionable feedback.
• Build and iterate the lead-to-opportunity process to ensure smooth handoffs to BDMs.
• Own BDR metrics, analyzing conversion rates, win rates, and activity benchmarks to drive performance.
• Enhance outreach strategies by reviewing and improving outbound sequences across the team.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders, BDMs, and Marketing to align on messaging and pipeline goals.
• Create clear development paths for BDRs, fostering growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a BDR or SDR team in a fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• A coaching-first mentality, with a focus on developing people.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from CRM and sales engagement data.
• Hands-on experience in building sales enablement content and qualification frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, providing honest and constructive feedback.
• High standards for pipeline quality and messaging quality.
