What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend systems powering autonomous AI agents.
• Design infrastructure and architecture for new product verticals.
• Work across multimodal systems including LLMs, computer vision, and telematics.
• Own services end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Improve throughput and reliability for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Operate in a highly autonomous, fast-paced engineering environment.

Requirements

• Backend engineering experience, preferably with Python.
• Strong computer science fundamentals from top-tier academia or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-performance environments such as HFT, elite startups, or strong big tech teams.
• Proven track record of building production systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, Postgres, and vector databases.
• High agency with evidence of ownership demonstrated through side projects or fast growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multimodal AI systems (LLMs, CV, OCR).
• Previous work in autonomous systems or robotics.
