Associate Director, Relationship Manager - Crypto Industry
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Associate Director, Relationship Manager to join our team at Coinhako. In this Associate Director, Relationship Manager remote position, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide market insights, and support users in navigating the world of digital assets. This role is pivotal in ensuring our High Net Worth (HNW) and institutional clients receive exceptional service and value from our offerings.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary account manager for Coinhako’s High Net Worth (HNW) and institutional/Corporate clients.
- Acquire and develop new relationships with a portfolio of HNW or Institutional clients, including Family Offices, Asset Managers, and EAMs.
- Understand complex structured products and strategies to ensure that our HNW clients are integrated appropriately and using our product suite optimally.
- Meet annual individual revenue targets effectively.
- Manage and prioritize incoming client requests through to resolution.
- Answer technical cryptocurrency-related questions and demonstrate expertise on structured product features confidently.
- Relay client feedback to internal teams in a timely and accurate manner to mitigate issues and resolve problems.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of working experience in Sales or Sales-trading roles within Investment, Private Banking, Financial Institutions, or Crypto VIP/Institutional desks.
- Experience managing institutional relationships with Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, HNW individuals, Brokers, Futures Institutions, or Commercial Banks is a plus.
- Excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and high adaptability to a variety of situations.
- A passion for crypto; industry experience would be an advantage.

- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency market trends and products.
- Previous roles in customer service or client-facing positions.
