About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Paddle. What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers effectively, leveraging your product knowledge to ensure they are set up for success with Paddle.
- Guide customers in creating a world-class online buying experience by providing actionable insights on purchase journeys and billing operations.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize the value derived from Paddle's platform.
- Monitor customer health indicators and usage data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Act as an advocate for your customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address common needs and enhance customer education resources.
- Support demand generation by identifying successful customers for references, success stories, and case studies.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Support.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product features and best practices clearly.
- A proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving, with a focus on removing barriers for customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dashboards to track customer health and identify trends.
- A strong interest in advising on monetization strategies, including customer acquisition and churn prevention.
- A curiosity for the digital product space and a desire to learn about the Merchant of Record business model.
