Labor Relations Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Labor Relations Technician to join Aldesa in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in managing labor relations and collective bargaining, providing legal support in the HR department. If you are passionate about labor relations and have a solid background in legal advisory, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Provide legal support in labor relations and manage judicial agendas.
• Prepare documentation and defense strategies for litigation in collaboration with partner law firms.
• Represent the company before labor inspection and mediation services.
• Implement preventive and training actions across various business lines regarding labor relations.
• Establish common policies and protocols within the company on topics such as equality and disciplinary regimes.
• Participate in negotiation forums with employee representatives on collective procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the construction and energy sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and equality management.
• Strong communication, adaptability, autonomy, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and English at B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience in international labor relations.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Familiarity with labor mediation processes.
