Art Director (Photo Production) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Art Director (Photo Production) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovative photo-based projects while working remotely. As an Art Director, you will be at the forefront of creating high-converting promotional creatives that resonate with a diverse global audience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative direction for large-scale photo productions, ensuring all imagery captures the excitement of the iGaming world.
• Implement AI-driven tools into the production workflow to enhance conceptualization and asset optimization.
• Oversee the creation of staged fantasies, scripting and directing complex visual scenes that blend reality with imaginative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Review graphic materials to ensure quality and appropriateness, maintaining a polished, premium look.
• Inspire and motivate a diverse team of artists and graphic designers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in graphic illustrations and visuals.
• Proven track record in professional photo/visual production, particularly in advertising campaigns centered around people-focused scenes.
• Expertise in directing human subjects in lifestyle or narrative contexts, focusing on realistic portrayals.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Advanced level of English is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with industry-standard practices and workflows in graphic design production.
• Understanding of technical budgeting and challenges in visual production.
