About the Role

What You'll Do

• Support, lead, and manage the Production Transfer process within defined timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across various departments such as Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Science & Technology, Controlling, and Operations.
• Monitor project performance, manage potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with the Sponsor and Governance Committee, ensuring transparency and alignment on project milestones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of transfer processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Spoken and written proficiency in English.
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural context and interacting with various stakeholders.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
