About the Role

We're hiring an Analytics and Pricing Expert - Remote to join our innovative team at Alan. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of health insurance by leveraging data analytics to optimize pricing strategies and enhance client proposals. You will work closely with sales teams and other departments to develop compelling insurance products that meet member needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for large corporate clients and public institutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions.
• Design delightful insurance products that meet both member needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships.
• Develop scalable tools, frameworks, and knowledge resources that empower our sales teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in health and/or income protection insurance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured decision-making skills.
• Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal, and business considerations.
• Excitement about bringing technical expertise into a business-centric context.
• Fluency in both French and English.
