About the Role

We’re hiring an Early Years Educator for lunch cover at N Family Club, a leading provider of early-years education in the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while nurturing young minds and fostering creativity in a supportive environment. As an Early Years Educator, you will be the heartbeat of your playroom, inspiring curiosity and confidence in children.

What You'll Do

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines, including mealtimes and naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for your key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Nice to Have

• Experience with diverse learning needs.
• Knowledge of current educational trends.
• Ability to engage with parents and the community.
