AI Systems Engineer - Multi-Agent Systems (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Engineer - Multi-Agent Systems to join our dynamic team at Jobot. This remote AI Systems Engineer role focuses on building and designing Multi-Agent Systems, including LLMs and RAG pipelines. As a key player in our organization, you will help transform and push the boundaries of AI in the WealthTech sector.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI systems, including LLM powered agents and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and orchestrate AI agents.
• Monitor and safeguard AI performance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Configure vector databases, create embeddings, and apply chunking strategies for RAG pipelines.
• Utilize tools like n8n, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, LangChain, or LangGraph for multi-agent orchestrations.

Requirements

• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestrations.
• Strong proficiency in Python and designing RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Experience in prompt engineering and tuning.
• 3-5 years of experience as an AI Systems Engineer or similar role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the WealthTech industry.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
