About the Role

As an AI Systems Architect, you will design and implement advanced AI systems that are pivotal in transforming our wealth management platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop sophisticated AI solutions tailored to our wealth management platform.
• Create and orchestrate multi-agent systems, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of AI components.
• Monitor and safeguard AI system performance, ensuring compliance with security and ethical standards.
• Continuously innovate and incorporate the latest advancements in AI technology.
• Configure vector databases and apply chunking strategies to enhance retrieval accuracy.
• Drive the development of intelligent agents that enhance decision-making and client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong background in fintech, artificial intelligence, and software engineering.
• Extensive experience with Python programming and familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as n8n and Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio.
• Proven experience in designing and configuring vector databases like Pinecone or Azure AI Search.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for leveraging AI to revolutionize wealth management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of embedding creation and chunking strategies.
• Previous experience in a wealth management or financial services environment.
