AI Product Engineer - Remote Position at Eduki

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer (remote) to join our team at Eduki. As an AI Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education by developing AI-driven tools that empower teachers worldwide. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a mission that impacts millions of educators globally.

What You'll Do

• Design and build multi-step AI agent workflows that enhance educational material development.
• Evaluate technology stacks and make architectural decisions to optimize AI systems.
• Document learnings and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
• Prototype innovative agent architectures to keep Eduki's tools at the forefront of technology.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to refine workflows and achieve structured results.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, including multi-step pipelines and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and refine AI prompts and workflows.
• Solid backend development skills in Python.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in educational science or familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Background in Educational Science.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
• Front-end skills in JavaScript or TypeScript.
