AI-First UX/​UI Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're seeking an AI-First UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team remotely. This role offers a unique opportunity to integrate generative AI into e-commerce design workflows, driving real business outcomes while working from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

• Embed an AI-first methodology into daily design execution, utilizing advanced generative AI tools to create exceptional user experiences that enhance customer conversion.
• Research, test, and integrate new AI design tools to keep our creative process at the forefront of the industry.
• Design systems that impact every customer touchpoint, including product pages, checkout flows, and personalized modules.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to execute design experiments and translate data-driven insights into tangible improvements.
• Master the GenAI design stack, including Figma AI, Nano Banana, Vertex AI, and Midjourney, using them in production workflows daily.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, preferably with an e-commerce background.
• A strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work with a clear connection to business metrics.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and Dev Mode.
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools in a professional workflow.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and present research on new tools clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows.
• Comfort collaborating on experiments and understanding their purpose.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and foundational SEO principles for e-commerce.
