About the Role

We are seeking an AI-First UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team remotely. This role emphasizes the integration of generative AI into e-commerce design workflows, allowing you to leverage cutting-edge tools to drive business outcomes. As an AI-First UX/UI Designer, you will utilize advanced generative AI tools to create exceptional user experiences that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

What You'll Do

• Embed an AI-first methodology into daily design execution, utilizing tools like Figma AI, Nano Banana, and Midjourney.
• Research, test, and integrate new AI design tools to keep our creative processes at the forefront of the industry.
• Design systems that impact every customer touchpoint, including product pages and checkout flows.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to execute design experiments and translate data-driven insights into actionable improvements.
• Showcase your work through a portfolio that highlights business metrics and conversion results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, preferably in e-commerce.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to connect design work with business metrics.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components and Dev Mode.
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools in a professional workflow.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and present research.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows.
• Comfort with A/B testing and understanding its purpose.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and foundational SEO principles.
