About the Role

We are looking for an innovative AI-First UI/UX Design Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to collaborate with our Dubai-based team using tools like Figma and Slack. As an AI-First UI/UX Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our design process and enhancing customer experiences through the integration of artificial intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design team in creating high-fidelity web experiences and conversion experiments.
• Implement AI-powered creative operations to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Mentor team members through the integration of AI-driven workflows.
• Architect an entirely new design operating system that leverages AI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions align with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in web design for e-commerce, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing improvements in design tied to business metrics.
• Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI-shaped UX patterns and familiarity with WCAG 2.2 standards.
• Comfort in collaborating on A/B testing and understanding optimization trade-offs.
