- Solid Python skills and comfort working across the full AI development lifecycle: data, modeling, evaluation, and iteration.
- Experience with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), including context engineering and retrieval augmentation.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures: vector databases, retrieval strategies, and grounding responses in structured data.
- Ability to explain AI systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Classical ML experience (supervised learning, anomaly detection, time-series).
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership mindset: responsibility for what you build.
