We are seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator for Elderly Care Facility to join our team remotely. In this role, you will develop and implement activities that enrich the social lives of elderly residents, ensuring they feel valued and engaged. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement engaging activities for elderly residents to enhance their social interactions.
• Create programs that encourage self-expression, personal growth, and creativity among residents.
• Collaborate with the team and management to design an animation project aligned with the facility's life project.
• Plan and execute personalized activities (both individual and group) that cater to the needs, desires, and expectations of residents.
• Manage the animation budget effectively while ensuring a variety of activities including physical, intellectual, cultural, and social engagements.

Requirements

• Graduated with a BP JEPS, DE JEPS, or DUT in Social Careers with a focus on social and cultural animation.
• Passionate about working in a gerontological environment and providing professional support and care.
• Strong commitment to the values of CORE (Cohesion, Respect, Engagement).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a motivated team dedicated to quality elderly care.
• Experience in planning and executing activities for elderly populations is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within an elderly care facility.
• Knowledge of the specific needs and preferences of elderly residents.
