Account Manager - Remote Position at LEGO
About the Role
We're hiring an Account Manager to join our LEGO team and help shape our commercial agenda in Ukraine. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in growing the love for the LEGO brand and driving consumer sales through small-to-medium retailer partnerships. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage a defined group of existing clients while contributing to the overall success of our team.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain partnerships with small to medium retailer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Manage sales targets and ensure delivery through effective sales management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Formulate assortment plans based on store segmentation and oversee execution.
- Ensure healthy stock levels and manage stock returns through collaboration with operations teams.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective retail execution, including planograms and visual merchandising.
- Conduct monthly forecasting of total sales plans and item-level forecasts for specific occasions.
- Develop customer business plans and account initiatives while exploring new opportunities in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within a top-tier international FMCG.
- Solid strategic orientation with a track record of developing your area of responsibility.
- Curious, customer-centric, and results-oriented with a demonstrable performance record.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English, with an English CV required.
- Ability to work 3 days per week from our office in Kyiv, with 2 days working from home.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail execution and trade investment responsibility.
- Familiarity with consumer insights and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
