Account Manager Façade - Specification Sales (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager Façade - Specification Sales (Remote) to join Trespa International B.V., a leading innovator in architectural materials. This role is pivotal for driving our business forward in North Italy. As an Account Manager Façade, you will leverage your extensive experience in specification sales to coordinate projects with architects, designers, and contractors, ultimately closing sales and expanding our market presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a yearly sales growth plan aligned with Trespa’s objectives.
- Drive volume sales growth by optimizing value propositions for customers.
- Promote Trespa products to architects, designers, and contractors, acquiring projects based on benefits and value.
- Manage distributors in Italy, helping them grow in their territories.
- Understand customer needs and find solutions to create long-term business relationships.
- Plan activities proactively, focusing on high-potential opportunities and track progress against personal KPIs.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with project and customer data.
- Expand and strengthen your professional network with high-potential clients, providing training and product information.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated consultative or value-based selling experience.
- Business acumen with the ability to implement strategies effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging individuals and groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the building materials industry.
- Knowledge of architectural design processes.
- Existing relationships with architects and contractors in North Italy.
