Account Manager - Biosimilars Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager - Biosimilars Remote to join our dynamic team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of healthcare by promoting our innovative biosimilars portfolio. You will engage with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships, ensuring that our products meet the needs of patients and providers alike.

What You'll Do

• Regularly visit target physician groups to discuss our biosimilars product portfolio.
• Implement go-to-market activities effectively within a highly motivated, cross-functional team.
• Build and maintain relevant customer relationships systematically.
• Engage with customers on a personal level, focusing on sustainable relationship development during daily operations and at congresses, symposia, and other events.
• Organize and conduct events independently to promote our products.
• Identify and nurture regional opinion leaders in relevant indications.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in field sales within pharmaceutical or biotech medical companies.
• Experience discussing biosimilars/biologics is desirable.
• Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative according to §75 AMG.
• Proficient use of digital tools, such as CRM systems, iPad, MS Office, and a strong affinity for digital communication channels.
• Strong sales skills, confident demeanor, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High motivation and responsibility to help build a significant new business unit.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the biosimilars market.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Fluency in additional languages.
