About the Role

We are seeking an Account Executive remote to join our dynamic team at Crisp. In this role, you will facilitate consultative discovery sessions with law firm owners, helping them achieve their unique goals and overcome challenges. Your success as an Account Executive remote will be measured by your ability to align our solutions with client needs, negotiate effectively, and close multi-year agreements worth over $100k in annual recurring revenue (ARR).

What You'll Do

  • Lead consultative discovery meetings with law firm owners to identify their needs (90% focus).
  • Independently qualify, nurture, and book calls with qualified inbound leads (10% focus).
  • Clearly communicate the value of tailored solutions and establish executive-level relationships.
  • Prepare and present custom proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements lasting 12-24 months with total deal values of $100k or more.
  • Collaborate closely with onboarding and account management teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
  • Track and manage all sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal forecasting in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience engaging directly with law firm owners, C-level executives, or senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment and meeting sales performance metrics.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, from initial discovery to closing the deal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline and track activities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of solutions and build trust with clients.
