About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as an Account Executive. What You'll Do

• Apply structured sales techniques to identify and develop business opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
• Proactively analyze customer needs and requirements, coordinating the development and implementation of suitable solutions.
• Enhance customer understanding and use of FedEx services through effective communication and support.
• Collaborate with various teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless and outstanding experience for our customers.
• Manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
• Proven experience as a sales professional with a track record of managing multiple accounts successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and inventive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or transportation industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
